MY STORY
Hello, my name is Chris Sroka and I am the Stroud Strength Coach. Health, Physical Fitness, and Strength Training is my passion.
I am a lifelong health & fitness practitioner. My path started in 1981 in the martial arts training and eventually teaching. Along the way I added strength training with calisthenics, kettlebells, and barbells to my fitness repertoire.
My aim is to help you with your health and fitness goals by sharing the principles, strategies, and tactics that I have learned and applied in my own training. I believe that along with physical training, developing a strong knowledge base is essential. The information and products I offer are the result of my experience and study, underpinned by research.
